Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will serve as the primary HR strategic partner at our manufacturing facility, reporting to the Site HR Head. Your primary focus will be on aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a positive employee experience at the site.

  • Strategic Human Resource Management:

You will be responsible for driving People practices & Policy Implementation, ensuring compliance with Group standards and local labor laws. This includes implementing corporate HR policies, developing site-specific HR procedures, and facilitating new hire onboarding.

  • Talent Development & Management:

Manage employee life cycle, lead talent development programs, performance management, and succession planning initiatives for plant staff. You will also be responsible for Employee Relations & Engagement, serving as an employee champion and addressing employee concerns.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize data and analytics to monitor HR and business performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting data-driven decision-making. Ensure the plant adheres to all employment laws and company policies, providing support in all Site-specific Audits from Human Resources.

  • Organizational Change Management:

Support leadership in managing organizational change, developing communication strategies between management and employees, and adapting to evolving workplace demands. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR), with 15 to 20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
  • Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
