Job Title: Human Resources Strategic Leader

Job Overview

The Human Resources Strategic Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business objectives forward.

  • Develop and execute human resources strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to foster a positive organizational culture and promote employee engagement.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
  • Oversee recruitment strategies to ensure timely delivery of hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain performance management systems that drive productivity and improve job satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job description development to candidate placement.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to deliver high-quality candidates within tight timelines.
  • Track and report on recruitment progress to meet or exceed hiring targets.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in HR, including 5 years at managerial level.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
  • Prior experience in data centers or telecom industry is preferred but not required.
