Job Title: Human Resources Strategist

Are you a seasoned human resources professional seeking to leverage your expertise in driving organizational success? We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Strategist to lead pivotal people initiatives, foster employee engagement, and oversee core HR functions.

  • Design and implement performance review cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback mechanisms that drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute impactful rewards and recognition programs that boost employee morale and motivation.
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance-linked growth and engagement initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation that support business outcomes.
  • Analyze HR data to enhance processes, retention rates, and employee engagement, leading to improved business performance.
  • Mentor and manage the HR team to ensure seamless HR service delivery that meets business needs.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on performance management and rewards. Familiarity with Indian employment laws and HR compliance regulations is also required.
