Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

Role Overview:

The role of the HR Business Partner is pivotal in aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive organisational performance.

As a strategic advisor and consultant, you will work closely with business leaders to understand their goals and provide actionable HR input to ensure organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend their objectives and provide strategic HR support for organisational growth.
  2. Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
  3. Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
  4. Support talent planning, internal mobility, and succession planning to meet workforce requirements.
  5. Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
  6. Ensure HR practices are compliant with labor laws and internal policies.
  7. Partner with business teams to implement organisational changes effectively and efficiently.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion
Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Human Resources or an MBA in HR or a related field

* 4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role
