HR Operations Manager

Role Summary:

This position is pivotal in driving transformation through process standardization and data-driven insights across global operations. The HR Operations Manager will lead the delivery of scalable, efficient, and employee-centric HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery aligned with defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Oversee HR helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of employee queries.

Process Excellence & Standardization:

  • Drive harmonization of HR processes.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion automation and scalability with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.

Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws, data privacy regulations, and governance standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to uphold operational integrity and mitigate risks.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with regional HR leaders and business stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Leverage analytics tools to generate actionable insights on workforce trends, service performance, and employee experience.
  • Deliver dashboards and reports to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Scaling up & Operational Efficiency:

  • Lead the strategic scaling of operations by expanding service scope, increasing delivery capacity, and enhancing operating models.
  • Manage budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a shared services environment.
  • Strong expertise in HR systems, process automation, and service delivery models.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
