Job Overview

About this role, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a HR Coordinator.

This position will be responsible for managing daily HR and administrative functions, supporting recruitment activities, and maintaining employee records.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in HR or admin functions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the management team in managing daily HR and administrative tasks.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage attendance tracking, onboarding formalities, employee record maintenance, and documentation.
  • Draft and communicate internal emails, office circulars, and employee notices professionally.
  • Create and maintain Excel reports, HR dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for reviews and audits.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, awareness drives, and cleanliness campaigns.
  • Interact with staff on the shopfloor, understand their needs, and support in resolving minor grievances.
  • Support compliance documentation and audit preparedness for HR processes.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates or diploma holders with 0–1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to write professional emails and documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with job portals and the ability to connect with training/placement partners.
