Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Professional to manage the end-to-end Human Resources function at our plant.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
      • Recruit for all plant-level roles, liaise with local contractors/labor vendors for manpower supply, conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions.
    • Employee Relations & Engagement:
      • Address grievances of workmen and staff, drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities, maintain healthy industrial relations with contract workers and unions (if applicable).
    • Payroll & Compliance:
      • Coordinate with finance/vendor for timely payroll processing, ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, etc.), manage statutory returns, inspections, and audits.
    • HR Operations:
      • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, prepare HR MIS reports on a regular basis, handle documentation related to offer letters, confirmation, separation, etc.
    • Performance & Training:
      • Support performance management processes, identify training needs and organize skill development sessions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Plant HR functions (preferably in a manufacturing setup).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
