Engineering Head for Plant Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineering leader to oversee the successful delivery of plant engineering services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers to ensure effective resource allocation, task management, and career development.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, expectations, timelines, and report preparation.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Evaluate and improve engineering processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Appraise and groom team members to improve their performance and develop their competencies.

  • Proven working experience in Leadership Role in Plant Engineering Services organization
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Strong multidisciplinary knowledge, especially in Process, Piping, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
