Job Summary:

The HR People Partner plays a pivotal role in driving local HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with global standards and local legislation. This key position leads critical services to the business, facilitating employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Serve as primary contact for employee relations activities, facilitate conflict resolution, and manage proactive relationship improvements.
  • Demand Management: Collaborate with Strategic HR Business Partners to gather and forecast local requirements to plan and manage project demand across the function.
  • CASE Management: Deliver Case Management services across the country/group of countries to support the business with sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with recruitment teams to align recruitment strategies with specific business unit needs.
  • Performance Management: Assist managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including compliance with local labor laws and organizational regulations.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Support seamless integration of new employees by facilitating an effective onboarding process.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to measure and enhance employee engagement, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need

  • 15+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of delivering results-driven HR solutions.
  • Dynamic and Agile: Ability to efficiently manage projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business financial dynamics and ability to align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Project Management: Excellent leadership skills to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Local Knowledge: Understanding of local labor laws and cultural norms.
