About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic people plans that support business growth.
  • Design and implement innovative HR initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, delivering exceptional experiences from onboarding to alumni engagement.
  • Build scalable frameworks for learning, mentorship, internal mobility, and succession planning.
  • Drive performance management with modern, outcome-driven systems that encourage ownership and recognition.
  • Champion inclusion, transparency, and psychological safety, while resolving employee relations with empathy and fairness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong exposure to HR business partnering at leadership level.
  • Proven success in implementing scalable HR strategies in high-growth, product-focused organizations.
  • Strong expertise in employee engagement, organizational design, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
