Senior SAP HR ABAP Engineer Job Summary

This position is for an experienced SAP HR ABAP professional to work on complex HR solutions in ABAP from the ground up.

  • Engineer complex HR solutions in ABAP, including custom infotypes, dynamic actions, and subtype logic.
  • Design, extend, and stabilize HR processes across PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management.
  • Build and maintain integrations using SOAP web services, RFCs, and classic HR data exchange patterns.
  • Deliver scalable reports, conversions, and batch programs with a focus on performance and reliability.
  • Partner with architects to shape long-term HR technology solutions.
  • Support transformations toward S/4HANA while safeguarding critical HR logic.
