Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our zonal sales operations and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct in-depth market analysis to accurately forecast revenue streams and identify key sales opportunities.
- Performance Management: Set and achieve sales targets, manage sales support functions, and ensure timely completion of customer work.
- Team Management: Drive performance through incentive structures, sales promotions, and regular performance evaluations.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong client relationships, collect market feedback, and provide periodic updates to management for policy and strategy formulation.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate targeted accounts, originate sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
