We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales team at IndiaMART. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies to expand market share, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and analysis of key data, including sales figures, sales personnel, productivity ratios, client work status, and receivables.
  • Forecasting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue streams with accuracy.
  • Identifying opportunities and problem areas, preparing action plans for achieving key sales figures, and presenting sales reports.
  • Driving sales target achievement, managing sales support functions, and ensuring timely work completion of customers.
  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining teams by formulating development plans, meeting training needs, and communicating regularly.
  • Recording performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase overall productivity of sales personnel.
  • Driving performance with incentive structures and sales promotion schemes.
  • Collecting market feedback and providing periodic updates to management for policy and strategy formulation.
  • Penetrating targeted accounts and originating sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
  • Setting up and delivering sales presentations and product/service demonstrations daily with the team.
  • Ensuring systematic follow-up with client organizations to achieve sales pitch time-bound closure.
  • Ensuring timely collection of payments as per the company's payment terms.
  • Ensuring adherence to sales processes and requirements.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews for the team.
