Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze key data of the allocated region, including sales figures, sales personnel productivity, client work status, and receivables.

- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue streams.

- Identify opportunity and problem areas, prepare action plans for achieving key sales figures, and present sales reports. Drive sales target achievement, manage sales support functions, and ensure timely work completion of customers.

- Record performance metrics and monitor key parameters to increase overall sales personnel productivity.

- Drive performance with incentive structures and sales promotion schemes.

- Collect market feedback and provide periodic updates to management for policy and strategy formulation.

- Penetrate targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.

- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on a daily basis with the team.

- Ensure systematic follow-up with client organizations to achieve time-bound sales closures.

- Apply sales techniques such as rapport building, selling on emotion, building value in the product, and closing the sale.

- Demonstrate a keen understanding of business and technical contexts in which key accounts operate.

- Provide business advisory services to customers.
