Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams and clients.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Communicate effectively with development teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
  • Assist QA lead with QA activities and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Work closely with customers to resolve problems and provide workarounds when necessary.
  • Offer excellent customer feedback and follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Experience with tech support for web-based business applications and mobile interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Linux, Java, JavaScript, MySQL, AWS, and browser-based debugging.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications, help desk software, and ticket management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
