Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining healthy business relationships with customers, enhancing customer satisfaction and securing repeat business.
The primary objective of a Business Development Manager is to sell products at targeted locations and areas, and build relationships for generating sales.
You will prospect customers through new client acquisition, network, database, references and open market.
Liaising with investors, distributors, banks or institutions depending on selling/targeting specific schemes as identified by the Business Head.
Co-ordination & Organizing Investor Awareness Programs.
To penetrate all targeted key accounts and originate upselling opportunities.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
Achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly business plan.
Channel Development & networking skills for achieving Channel Sales.
Key Skills Required:

- Account management skills
- Presentation skills
A thorough understanding of products and regulatory framework and taxation laws are required.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude, customer focus and result-oriented approach are expected.
Key qualifications include quick thinking and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and as a team player.
