Remote Business Growth Associate

This role involves supporting our outbound prospecting efforts by reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified appointments for the company. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team in a remote internship with the potential to convert into a full-time role.
You will succeed in this role if you can consistently:
- Reach out to potential clients and spark meaningful conversations.
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team and help drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic knowledge of social media, marketing, or sales outreach. They should also be proactive, organized, and eager to learn. Collaborative teamwork and adaptability are essential qualities for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound reachouts via phone, email, and other channels to potential clients, research prospects, tailor outreach to improve engagement, and nurture early-stage conversations. You must be comfortable working in a remote team environment and keeping accurate records of outreach activity and progress in the CRM.
