About the Opportunity:

As a Senior Associate - New Initiatives, you will be responsible for identifying, testing and scaling strategic projects that drive growth or operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end execution of pilot projects: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement and handoff.
  • Analyse performance data and user feedback to make recommendations on whether to scale, iterate or sunset initiatives.
  • Develop internal documentation and frameworks to capture learnings and share across the organisation.
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market needs.
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership by providing structured problem-solving and strategic input.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy, product ops, consulting, growth or program/project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; Excel and basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – solving open-ended problems and building from scratch.
  • Previous experience in high-growth environments, innovation teams or startups is preferred.
