Job Title: Sales Business Development

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Sales:
    • Develop and execute outreach strategies to acquire new clients across various channels.
    • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building:
    • Lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches to their needs, and build long-term trust.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
    • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
    • Provide feedback from prospects to improve our offerings and pitches.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-6 years in digital marketing in business development/client acquisition.
  • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects.
  • Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels.
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
  • International Experience: Worked with clients globally.
