Job Title: Client Growth Specialist

Client Growth Specialists are responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, while maintaining existing relationships to drive revenue growth. They will work closely with our team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

5. Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software.

Primary Role:

Sales and Business Development

Recruitment:

1) Generating Leads for Financial Product Distributors.

2) Coordinating / Conducting Business Opportunity Sessions with upcoming / Existing FPDs.

3) Assisting new FPDs to clear NISM Exams.

Business Development:

1) Providing Trainings to Partners on Product Availability.

2) Preparing Business Development Plans for partners and training them to achieve via Joint Calls, Conducting Client Meetings, Asset Allocation with Product Diversifications.

3) Establishing Strong relationships with Partners, IFA in the assigned geography and providing right communication on Products, Solutions, and services, which helps in their business growth.

4) Providing the right information and Coordinating / Conducting regular Partner Meetings to enable their knowledge.
