Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Strategist to drive the expansion and success of our financial products. This role entails end-to-end responsibility for business metrics, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and scalability of user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and comfort working with data to inform growth initiatives.

  1. Business Growth
  • Own and drive the growth of key business metrics for assigned financial products.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
  1. Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution
  • Own the GTM strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
  1. Business Planning & Projections
  • Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking.
  1. Key Business Metrics Ownership
  • Drive key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
  1. Growth Programs & Campaign Execution
  • Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
  1. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
  1. Continuous Experimentation & Optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
