
Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Strategist to drive the expansion and success of our financial products. This role entails end-to-end responsibility for business metrics, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and scalability of user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and comfort working with data to inform growth initiatives.
- Business Growth
- Own and drive the growth of key business metrics for assigned financial products.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
- Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution
- Own the GTM strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
- Business Planning & Projections
- Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking.
- Key Business Metrics Ownership
- Drive key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
- Growth Programs & Campaign Execution
- Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
- Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
- Continuous Experimentation & Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
