We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Education Specialist to join our team at MedConnect Europe. As an integral part of our sales and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with prospective clients.

**About the Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about education and sales to make a real impact at MedConnect Europe. You will lead the sales and marketing initiatives to attract and engage prospective students, promoting our services and achieving enrollment targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to reach and engage our audience.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Schedule and host meetings with prospective students and families in person or virtually.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of MedConnect Europe.

**Marketing Activities**

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and tailor our marketing approach accordingly.
  • Create and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and advertising.
  • Represent MedConnect Europe at education fairs, school visits, and community events, fostering strong connections with stakeholders.
  • Cultivate partnerships with schools, colleges, and other organizations to build a robust referral network.

**Client Engagement**

  • Provide expert guidance to prospective students on studying abroad, available courses, and application processes.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with students and their families, identifying potential referrals and opportunities.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or education consultancy (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and convert leads into sales, driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to organize and manage events effectively.
