- We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and proactively resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and chat to convert them into loyal advocates.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to product, pricing, and availability inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Perform data entry tasks across various platforms.
Requirements:
- At least 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.
