About the Role:This is a full-time position located in South Delhi, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Answer customer queries and provide product and service information
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot problems and maintain accurate customer records
- Critical Thinking: Escalate complex cases to relevant departments as necessary
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Proficiency in customer service and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Experience in handling customer experience and interacting with customer service representatives
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Industry Knowledge: Advantageous to have experience in the healthcare industry
- Previous experience in a similar role within the call centre environment
- Knowledge of relevant software and technology used in customer service operations
