We are currently seeking a dedicated Career Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our global customer base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering world-class support.Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via email and chat for international customers in English.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, orders, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Update customer records and interactions in CRM systems accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to management for process improvement.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction score (CSAT), and resolution time.
  • Ensure compliance with international communication protocols, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in an international environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
