About this Role:
- Engage with customers during festive periods to understand their gifting preferences.
- Educate customers on our product range, including tasting notes and origin stories, through sample tastings.
- Enhance brand awareness and drive sales during Diwali via personalized interactions.
- Identify and develop young talent who may be suitable for future organizational roles.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Interact with store customers.
- Present tasting notes and product origins.
- Facilitate product tastings.
- Collect structured feedback/data regarding gifting preferences.
- Ensure accurate information dissemination.
- Gain insights into gifting behavior and product preferences for use in future product development and marketing.
- Build a strong brand connection via informed ambassadors who communicate unique product qualities.
- Early identification of promising interns eligible for full-time opportunities.
**Key Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Timely project completion is crucial, as is engagement with stakeholders.
