Role Summary

This is a full-time role based out of Pune. The Person will be responsible for:
Generating Leads: Establish contact with Mutual Fund Distributors, Income Tax Professionals and Chartered Accountants.
Providing Information: Give them information about Tata AIA and AIG and business opportunity for them with these two institutions.
Convincing Them: Convince them to join these as Advisors / Agency Partner.
Completing Documentation: Complete Documentation, Training, Schedule their Exam and complete Onboarding.
Helping Them Commence Business: Help them to commence their initial Business.
Creating Daily Content: Creating Daily Content for Digital Marketing and Posting on Social Media Platforms.
Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation.
  • Finance, Wealth Management and Insurance industry awareness.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the specific industry or market is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
