Job Title: Senior Manager / Key Account Manager

Role Overview:

  • Manage end-to-end sales activities for Government accounts to drive growth and expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategies for demand generation in enterprise IT, security, and fraud prevention solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Built strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in government and PSU sectors.
  • Led proposal development, presentations, and budgetary discussions tailored to customer pain points to secure new business opportunities.
  • Maintained a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals through effective relationship management.
  • Ensured post-sales account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and sustained engagement with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) IT sales with proven success in selling IT/software/security solutions to Government/PSU clients.
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes including GeM, rate contract, and bid submission processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in GovTech, e-Governance, cybersecurity, or fraud prevention solution sales.
  • Understanding of Government IT budgets and procurement patterns.
