Role Overview:
- Manage end-to-end sales activities for Government accounts to drive growth and expansion.
- Develop and execute strategies for demand generation in enterprise IT, security, and fraud prevention solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Built strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in government and PSU sectors.
- Led proposal development, presentations, and budgetary discussions tailored to customer pain points to secure new business opportunities.
- Maintained a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals through effective relationship management.
- Ensured post-sales account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and sustained engagement with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) IT sales with proven success in selling IT/software/security solutions to Government/PSU clients.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes including GeM, rate contract, and bid submission processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in GovTech, e-Governance, cybersecurity, or fraud prevention solution sales.
- Understanding of Government IT budgets and procurement patterns.
