Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional with 6–15 years of expertise in government sales, media strategy, and public sector engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with institutions such as DIPR (Defence Institute of Psychological Research), DAVP (Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity), PSUs (Public Sector Undertakings), and other government agencies.

The role demands a proven ability to deliver impactful media solutions, manage large-scale contracts, and build long-term partnerships across ministries, departments, and public enterprises.

We require a skilled individual who can lead engagement with central and state ministries, PSUs, and defense/public communication departments. They must develop long-term sales strategies aligned with government priorities and media objectives, and represent the organization in policy-level discussions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Public Policy, or related field
  • Minimum 6–15 years of experience in government sales, PSU engagement, media strategy, or public sector consulting
  • Proven success in securing and managing large-scale government/PSU contracts
  • In-depth knowledge of government procurement systems, DAVP advertising norms, DIPR engagement protocols, and PSU compliance requirements

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sectors such as public health, education, infrastructure, or civic engagement
  • Familiarity with GeM (Government e-Marketplace), PSU tendering, e-procurement platforms, and compliance protocols
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight timelines
