About the Position:
This position plays a pivotal part in driving strategic objectives and enhancing shareholder value by establishing unified standards and governance practices throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation, planning, and execution of monthly Governance meetings, quarterly risk reviews, and bi-annual strategy sessions.
- Ownership of the Business Operations governance calendar, assisting in completion of monthly Executive CEO-level reporting, and secretariat responsibility at Governance meetings.
- Maintenance of Governance templates, meeting templates, and upholding business processes, including the Organization Chart in MS PowerPoint monthly.
- Administrative duties for new starters, including adding them to necessary groups and gathering their information for monthly newsletter, and maintenance of Mail distribution list in MS Excel.
- Accountability for monthly report on people resignations and leavers to be presented to technology leadership team.
