About the Role

  • We are seeking an Information Governance Specialist to join our team, responsible for ensuring the effective management of information throughout its lifecycle.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT governance and be able to provide strategic guidance on information management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare presentation decks for high-level IT governance meetings, including strategy reviews, committee meetings, and operating reviews.
  2. Articulate minutes of governance meetings from recordings or notes.
  3. Track, update, and monitor action trackers for governance meetings, assisting stakeholders daily.
  4. Govern and follow up on third-party risk management (TPRM) related questionnaires and requirements for TPRM governance and compliance.
  5. Connect with process owners and resolve queries regarding TPRM.
  6. Plan, coordinate, monitor, and direct basic activities/projects.
  7. Conduct research, attend meetings/workshops, and perform cross-functional coordination.
  8. Interact with business leaders, project managers, and vendor partners to extract information.
  9. Create trackers, reports, dashboards, and update them regularly.
  10. Be open to ad-hoc activities/small projects/initiatives and additional responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
