Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to lead our team in data management initiatives.
- A strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulatory requirements is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in English and the ability to effectively communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing data management processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing data governance roadmaps across organizations.
- Collaborating with business units to embed and adopt data standards.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting & Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management within the Banking & Financial services industry.
- Total years of experience: 8-10 years.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using Informatica data governance tools, such as Axon, EDC (Enterprise Data Catalog), DEQ.
- Strong understanding of domain-specific data governance needs in the Banking or Financial services industry.
