Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Corporate Governance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the governance and compliance functions of our organization.
About the Role:- Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage compliance independently for multiple entities, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Companies Act 2013, debt listing regulations, and other related laws.
- Manage compliance for all Solar Power Companies and their SPVs, ensuring timely filing of necessary forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and BSE.
- Facilitate the smooth operation of Board and General Meetings, assisting in the preparation of Agendas, Minutes of Meetings, and Circular Resolutions.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth conduct of meetings, including the passing of circular resolutions.
- Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Company Secretary with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2013 and other related regulations.
- Proven ability to manage compliance independently for multiple entities.
- Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with an eye for detail.
