Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Corporate Governance Specialist. This position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining secretarial records, and providing strategic support to the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Manage secretarial records, statutory books, and registers of companies.
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure timely closure of action items and provide regular reporting.
- Develop and implement loan documentation, registration of charges, and search reports.
- Communicate effectively with shareholders, stakeholders, government agencies, and regulators.
- Provide expert advice on corporate governance, risk management, and compliance matters.
- Draft and negotiate vendor contracts, as well as provide guidance on general business law issues.
10-12 years of experience in legal and compliance roles is essential.
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:Relevant experience in M&A, financing transactions, and compliance-related activities at plants/factories is desirable.
