Job Title: Process Governance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Governance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in internal auditing, risk management, and process improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing assignments independently, managing teams, and leading technical discussions with auditors. They will also be responsible for internal financial control reviews, segregation of duties reviews, and ITGC control in SAP.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement. The successful candidate will be expected to develop policies and procedures, risk assessments, control frameworks, operating models, and optimize processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA qualification with 4-5 years of experience in internal audit, IFC/SOX/ICFR
  • Extensive experience in internal auditing processes
  • Strong analytical thinking and project management skills
  • Ability to develop innovative approaches to process improvement
  • Strong domain knowledge of key business processes such as O2C, P2P, HR payroll, production, legal and statutory compliances
