Senior Client Solutions Manager



Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the end-to-end delivery of managed services contracts to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed service definitions and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). They will also serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback.

This role requires a deep understanding of managed services, including infrastructure, cloud, security, and support. The candidate must also have proficiency in project management and excellent client centricity skills.

The Senior Client Solutions Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. They will also be responsible for monitoring and assessing client satisfaction regularly through feedback mechanisms.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or Business or related field.
  • Relevant ITIL certification preferred.
  • Relevant project management certification (for example, PMP) is preferred.

You will also require:

  • Seasoned demonstrated experience in a managed services and/or support services environment.
  • Seasoned demonstrated experience in managed services - service delivery and client management.
  • Seasoned demonstrated experience in successful delivery of managed services to clients, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
