Job Title: Strategic Client Solutions Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and senior account management to oversee key client accounts, foster long-term relationships, and drive client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored solutions that drive measurable business impact.
- Cultivate trust-based relationships with C-suite executives and senior leadership within client organizations.
- Strategically manage high-value client accounts to align with business objectives and service offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in senior account management or client leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership presence with ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Superior organizational skills and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
