Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Client Servicing professional for the Events Industry to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of events. This is a full-time position that requires expertise in key client servicing skills and a passion for event management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM Tools (Mandatory skill): Experience with customer relationship management platforms to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Expertise in Budgeting (Mandatory skill): Ability to create and manage budgets effectively to ensure successful event execution within financial constraints.
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Capability to foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding and anticipating their needs.
  • Event Management Software: Familiarity with tools and technologies to design and manage events from inception to completion smoothly.
  • Project Management: Skilled in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring all objectives are met within scope and timelines.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate contracts and terms with vendors and clients to achieve the best outcomes for the company and clients.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and team members.
  • Event Promotion: Experienced in developing and executing strategies that enhance the visibility and success of events in target markets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintenance of ongoing relationships.
  • Develop event concepts and plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams to meet their objectives and constraints.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of events, including budgeting, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and manage costs effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and report on progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and ensure maximum attendance and engagement.
  • Evaluate event success and submit reports to clients and company management with recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify new business opportunities through strategic client engagement and relationship building.
