Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager (Female) based in Hyderabad. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client inquiries, and providing exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, ensuring a seamless experience, and collaborating with other teams to fulfill client requirements and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Expertise in client management, relationship building, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to address client needs
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Masters degree in Business Administration (Finance), or a related field
  • Prior experience in client relationship management or a similar role is preferred
