Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Executive, based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for clients, and ensuring client needs are effectively met. This is a client-facing role that requires professionalism, excellent communication, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients and our internal creative teams to ensure seamless delivery of AI-driven advertising campaigns and digital brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination throughout project lifecycles.
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and discussions with senior executives to understand business needs and deliver customized AI advertising solutions.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, agencies, and brand stakeholders.
- Work closely with creative and production teams to align client objectives with deliverables and timelines.
- Present campaign ideas, proposals, and AI commercial concepts with clarity and confidence.
- Prepare project briefs, quotations, and post-campaign reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client retention and growth strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, digital trends, and advertising innovations to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
