Job Title:

Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned business development manager to drive revenue growth through strategic relationship building and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate/PSU relationship management or acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
  • MBA/CA/Graduate with relevant banking experience preferred.
