Mobile Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies across multiple mobile app platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and allocate budget efficiently.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process raw data for analytical purposes.
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance) to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
Preferred Skills:
  • Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
  • Experience with additional BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipeline development, and workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and customer behavior modeling.
