Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Leader to drive strategic growth and excellence within our organization. This is a pivotal role that requires expertise in designing and implementing efficient business processes aligned with our company vision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To design and institutionalize Leader Standard Work (LSW) frameworks, ensuring standardization of operations across key functions.
  • To develop and manage Yearly Goal Trees, guaranteeing strategic alignment and goal achievement.
  • To lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), ensuring accuracy, relevance, and effective follow-through of action items.
  • To prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and KPIs.
  • To execute internal communications, including Townhalls, Leadership messages, and updates.
  • To identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in business processes and operations.
  • To track and report key metrics related to operational excellence and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership skills with 7-8 years of experience in business operations or program management.
  • Pursuing an MBA from a reputable institution with a specialization in Operations, Strategy, or General Management.
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI or other dashboarding solutions.
