Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to build strong relationships between our clients and creative teams.

This role demands excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of brand strategy, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective marketing solutions.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Understand client business objectives, marketing strategies, and brand identity to provide strategic inputs.
  • Brief internal teams clearly and manage project timelines end-to-end.
  • Coordinate and follow up on campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Present marketing ideas, campaign plans, and reports with confidence and clarity.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of services.
  • Manage workflows and ensure smooth collaboration across stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management in marketing or advertising agencies.
  • Full-time & On-site work opportunity only.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Social Media handling preferred as an additional qualification.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for marketing, branding, and creative storytelling.
  • Prior agency experience is a great added advantage.
