Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales from institutional investors, family offices, and PE firms.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, as well as identify new clients.
  • Arrange interactions between buy-side and sell-side analysts on research and corporate developments.
  • Create and enhance visibility of Monarch Networth Capital Limited across the industry.
  • Understand fundamental research and effectively communicate its significance to fund managers.
  • Sell investment ideas to experienced investors and clients based on in-house equity research.
  • Identify and develop institutional clients seeking access to extensive research archives to support their investment decisions.
  • Manage client portfolios to deliver superior returns.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
CA/MBA with a specialization in Finance or equivalent.

Experience:
Minimum 5-12 years of experience in Equity institutional sales.

Functional Competencies:
  • Establish strong relationships with DIIs, family offices, and PE firms.
  • Sound knowledge of the industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Behavioural Competencies:
Highly developed communication, team player, change agent, strategic & creative, ability to drive performance.
