Role Overview

Third Bridge is seeking an Institutional Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential investors and strategic partners within the institutional investment domain. Your primary goal will be to foster awareness of our services and arrange high-quality interactions with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead prospecting activities to identify and engage with potential investors and strategic partners.
  • Support the development and management of a robust new business pipeline within the institutional investment domain.
  • Contribute to the formulation of quarterly territory plans led by our sales representatives.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Third Bridge's solutions and their relevance within the institutional investment landscape.
  • Effectively collaborate with sales representatives to document all client interactions and activities within internal systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 4 years of sales experience preferably covering institutions.
  • Proven experience in lead generation through cold calling and various prospecting tools.
  • Proficiency in leveraging internal resources, tools, and systems to streamline workflow processes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning.
