
Distribution Sales Channel Relationship Builder

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our organization in the Mutual Fund Industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and after-sales support to clients by providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
- Establishing new relationships with clients and adding market share through proactive outreach and relationship-building strategies.
- Prospecting leads and contacting them to explore potential business opportunities.
- Developing and executing business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
- Gathering competitive information and assimilating it for further analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Co-owning AUM and Revenue targets of the company and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve them.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and market intelligence using MIS reporting tools.
- Deepening existing client relationships and increasing market reach through targeted marketing campaigns and events.
- Ensuring adherence to company norms and values, integrity, and prompt customer service at all times.
- Familiarity with local language is mandatory as you will be interacting with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
- Familiarity with the Financial Investment Market is essential for understanding industry trends and making informed business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Mutual Fund Industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Graduate or MBA degree and NISM Certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
