
Distribution Channel Leader

The Distribution Channel Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing the mass distribution strategy across various channels, in collaboration with the Sales Director.
Achieving revenue growth and market share expansion through effective leadership, while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and guidelines.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
- Strategic:
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy by providing insights into channel performance and market trends.
- Establish targets for the distribution channel covering business and operational KPIs (Revenue, Gross Margin, Distribution UAO, DURO, etc.).
- Develop a channel expansion plan by evaluating coverage, penetration, and performance.
- Coordinate new product launches in the distribution channel with the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Operational:
- Meet revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products and brands.
- Drive network expansion by appointing and monitoring partners in new and existing areas.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to decide incentive plans for channel partners and monitor their performance.
- Implement national initiatives at the circle level.
- Monitor and achieve SIP targets with the SEM team.
- Developmental:
- Identify development areas and recommend training programs for distribution personnel.
- Work with the SEM team to develop training programs for internal sales teams and distributors for new products and initiatives.
- Guide and mentor team members who are not achieving desired SIP targets.
- Share best practices within and across circles.
