About Our Lead Acquisition Role

We are seeking a Senior Growth Associate with a growth hacking mindset to lead our paid digital distribution efforts. This role has a primary focus on strategy, execution, and management of paid channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Digital Distribution: Manage all paid digital distribution channels to generate high-quality leads.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust lead acquisition strategy through idea creation, review, and iteration.
  • Channel Management: Take full ownership of key distribution channels and bring channel management in-house for direct control and maximum efficiency.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experiments to continuously improve campaign performance.

Required Skills:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles with a strong focus on lead acquisition and paid media.
  • Paid Media Knowledge: A deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels and a track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Growth Mindset: A growth hacking mindset with a history of implementing creative, scalable, and unconventional strategies.
