Job Title:

Talent Acquisition Strategist

Description:

The Talent Acquisition Strategist is responsible for leading the recruitment strategy, mentoring and coaching a team of recruiters to hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the TA function, setting hiring targets based on business plans defined by clients
  • Mentor and coach the TA team to achieve best results
  • Review hiring status regularly to ensure targets are met
  • Publish accurate and timely reports to clients
  • Lead client connect calls and keep clients informed of any roadblocks or changes
  • Devising overall recruitment strategy within SLAs
  • Vendor management and final HR discussion after candidate selection
  • Offer negotiation and extension of offers
  • Ensure salaries offered are within pay bands
  • Hire senior management-level positions from sourcing to onboarding
  • Guide and mentor HR Manager and TA team on trainee hiring

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR TA Lead/Manager or similar role
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Preferred:

  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • International recruitment experience preferred

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR
  • 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management
  • Knowledge of using various HRMS tools
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Experience in a lead/manager role
  • MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputed university
